Welcome to the website of Orange County's
2021 EMS Agency of the Year!

Founded in 1953, the Woodbury Community Ambulance (WCA) has been providing volunteer basic life support services to the residents and visitior of the Town of Woodbury.

Prior to incorporation an ambulance used to run out of what used to be Adam's garage on Rt. 32 in Highland Mills. For over 50 years, WCA (also know as Woodbury EMS) has been operating out of it's headquarters located at 376 St. Rte. 32 in Central Valley, and has grown from one Cadillac ambulance to four fully equipped modern ambulances, and 2 first repsonse SUV's.  Our volunters come from all walks of life and many different career fields. -to read more about WCA click here-
